Each home has 2.5 bathrooms: 2 full showers, 3 toilets, and 5 sinks. Plenty of space for a full house to get ready on time.

Students are responsible for natural gas and electric. JMS Property covers water and internet, so you are always connected and never surprised by a water bill.

Every home comes move-in ready with a full bed and dresser in each bedroom, a wall-mounted TV in the family room, a large couch in the family room, and a full modern kitchen appliance package.
