JMS Properties was founded with one goal: to give University of Dayton students a better place to live. Not a patched-together rental with outdated fixtures and forgotten maintenance requests. A real home, built new, designed for the way students actually live.

Behind JMS is over 30 years of custom home construction experience in the Dayton region. That same craftsmanship, premium materials, and honest workmanship goes into every JMS property. When you rent from JMS, you are living in a home built with the same care as any custom home in the area.
